Looking for a video editor and photographer for 2 days and 1 night

Hello,

I am 4U Malaysia, a travel agency based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
We have received a specific request from our client, the Korea-ASEAN Center, an international organization, and I am writing to you in accordance with this request.

Our client is scheduled to attend a seminar and event at the Bubble Tree Hilton in Malacca from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm on June 6th, and we are looking for someone to take charge of photo and video shooting as well as video editing during this time.

1. The video shooting for video editing only needs to cover the seminar, which will be held from 8:00 am to 12:30 pm on the 6th.
   The video editing will be for uploading to YouTube, and we would like the work to be done similarly to the video in the attached file below.
2. As for photography, you will need to cover all schedules from the 8:00 am seminar to the 7:00 pm industrial tour.

This schedule is planned for an overnight stay, and we can support expenses for business trip cost(meal, accommodation, and round-trip costs).
The departure will be on June 5th and the return on June 6th.
We will support your stay and round-trip transportation costs and meals in the form of expense reimbursement.
If it is difficult to travel by your own car, please let us know and we can provide transportation with our vehicle.
