Contract: Part Time, Contractor

Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality audio and video content for an episodic web series
• Manage camera, lighting, and sound setup and breakdown for video shoots
• Attend and contribute to pre-production meetings
• Organize and upload video files
• Direct and coordinate on-screen personalities
• Each episode consists of 2 interview sessions, totaling 2-3 hours per session (including setup, shoot, and breakdown time)

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a videographer, cinematographer, or similar role
• Proficiency in audio recording
• Proficiency in lighting techniques for studio and on-location shoots
• Experience directing multi-camera interviews
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in live-streamed event production on platforms like Vimeo and YouTube
• Experience creating video content for social media, YouTube, or other digital channels
• Expertise in all aspects of video production, including filming, editing, and post-production

Salary:

• Our Camera Equipment: $75 per episode (1 episode per month)
• Your Camera Equipment: $100 per episode (1 episode per month)

Interview Process:
We conduct thorough interviews, including phone interviews and virtual “on-site” interviews, to identify candidates who align with our values and vision.

Background Check:

A background check will be conducted for candidates who receive an offer. Results will be evaluated as part of the hiring process.
