Remote Digital Content Producer

3 month contract

• **Key Responsibilities:**Optimize processes and establish digital principles to accurately represent business and functional requirements related to eCommerce initiatives, content, and capabilities on digital properties.
• Execute digital content and marketing strategies to support sales, communications, merchandising, and usability initiatives.
• Understand customer demographics, behavior, content strategy best practices, and brand standards to maximize customer experience.
• Utilize strong analytical skills to assess key metrics and reports, determine content performance, and develop insights and recommendations.
• Perform A/B testing to identify growth opportunities, improve KPIs, and analyze results.
• Demonstrate excellent project management skills by ensuring project timelines, accountabilities, and deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with the Analytics team and internal business partners to understand KPIs for digital campaigns and complete pre- and post-reports.
• Support team growth and training by exhibiting iCARE values.
• **Required Skills (in order of importance):**5+ years of experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, or Magento
• 5+ years of experience in HTML/CSS development
• 3+ years of experience in Responsive Design
• Proficient in JavaScript and related frameworks (React, Angular, etc.)
• **Qualifications:**Passion for eCommerce and proven track record in driving growth through digital channels.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices.
• Ability to deliver high-quality digital content and experiences that drive customer engagement, awareness, and conversion.

The ideal candidate will be a dedicated professional who can excel in a dynamic environment and contribute positively to the growth and development of the digital ecosystem.

**Education and Years of Experience:**3-5 years

**Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:**This is not a full stack developer role. Most of the work will be with HTML/CSS within the confines of a content management system. The resource will need some front-end capabilities, but a large portion of the work will be content management.
