Based in Coral Springs, FL, we offer an exciting opportunity for budding music producers to join our team, offering a platform to enhance your skills, expand your network, and get your music heard.

Job Description:

We are seeking talented Music Producers to join our collaborative team. This is an incredible opportunity to work on diverse music projects, including custom requests from clients and creating beats for our ever-expanding music library. We provide our team with unique challenges, allowing you to work on various genres and song types, broadening your skills and experience. While this isn’t a salaried position, the role provides significant opportunities for revenue through music placements, streaming, merchandise opportunities, and other associated producer compensation methods. More than just a job, this is a chance to join a community of music creators, expanding your network, and fostering valuable industry connections. Our team currently meets on Wednesday nights and Saturday afternoons and evening. Participation in these meetings would be required on a regular basis.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team on music projects and custom client requests.
• Contribute to the creation and expansion of our music library.
• Work on various genres and song types, adhering to the challenges set by the team.
• Participate in team meetings and creative brainstorming sessions.
• Assist in music placement and streaming opportunities.

Preferred Experience:

• Proven experience in music production, with a portfolio of work to demonstrate your skills.
• Proficiency in digital audio workstations (DAWs) like Ableton Live, Logic Pro, FL Studio, etc.
• Strong understanding of music theory and composition.
• Ability to work in various genres and adapt to different song types.
• Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A proactive attitude and an eagerness to learn and grow as a music producer.
