Key Responsibilities as an Independent Contractor

• Sell on the sales floor at customer locations to achieve individual goals
• Conduct effective, engaging brand training
• Support all programs and initiatives to enhance the customer experience, increase customer loyalty, and impact sales.
• Consult with clients to identify needs and sell recommended products
• Partner with Regional Sales & Training Account Executives to execute store events
• Invoice every two weeks with sales results per day, indicated by the location
• Connect with clients and determine their needs.
• Create a luxury experience with brand-specific selling behavior (including product demonstration.)
• Empower the client by teaching them how to use their products.
• Achieve sales objectives by engaging clients in the following areas of our multi-expert brand: Skincare, Makeup, Celebrity Use, and Key Ingredients.
• Attract new customers.
• Express a passion for beauty and cosmetics; inspire clients with expertise in beauty trends and products.
• Attend seasonal brand-hosted training seminars and digital learning modules.
• Work closely with the National Makeup Artists team and Regional Account Executives.
• Display exceptional, client-centric selling skills with a drive for results with integrity.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by your manager

Training, Learning, and Development

• High achievers are eligible for further professional development programs through the Brands’ product training. Areas of specialty include Skincare, makeup artistry, skincare, and sales.

Job Qualifications

• You must have a high school degree and be 18 years or older; a college degree preferred
• Makeup artistry and cosmetic sales experience required
• Esthetician certification or licensing strongly preferred
• Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Be reliable, dependable, and punctual.
• Ability to achieve sales goals
• Ability to work flexibly, including nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
