About Red-Eye Photography

• Local, Veteran-owned and operated since 2018
• Looking for friendly, responsible individuals with reliable personal transportation to join our photography team
• Event locations are primarily schools and parks in Pueblo, CO

Freelance Photographers Duties:

• Available on weekdays and weekends
• Provide own professional camera equipment: Digital SLR camera or Mirrorless equivalent camera
• Energetic and enthusiastic, with a knowledge of photography and lighting
• Sort and upload photographs and images following each event
• Edit photos quickly and in a timely manner
• Ability to work as part of a team and commit to a greater goal
• Physical capabilities: bend, twist, push, pull, stand, lift 30-50lbs
• Learn to use photograph ordering App software
• Adhere to all workplace safety practices, expectations, and guidelines
• Must be comfortable working in an indoor and outdoor all-season environment
• Take pride in ensuring all photographs are of the highest quality
• Have great attention to detail
• Photograph athletes efficiently to capture a high-quality sellable face expression
• Necessary equipment: Positive attitude, 70-200mm lens or 150-600mm lens, Camera that can shoot 7+ FPS, multiple memory cards, multiple batteries (because of the long days), and comfortable shoes.

Freelance Photographers Assistance Duties:

• Help the photographer pose kids for their youth sports photo
• Assist kids to match sample poses provided
• Represent REP as you greet customers at our table at youth sports or help pose people before they get their photo taken
• Possess an assertive but gentle and friendly disposition, be comfortable working with kids and have the ability to move quickly
• Enjoy working with children and adults in a professional manner as you greet families and represent REP, so an engaging personality is a must
• Have great attention to detail
• Be friendly, polite, and professional
• Basic computer skills are helpful
• Ability to work as part of a team and commit to a greater goal
• Ability to work nights and weekends
• Physical capabilities: bend, twist, push, pull, stand, lift 30-50lbs
• Learn to use photograph ordering App software
• Adhere to all workplace safety practices, expectations, and guidelines
• Must be comfortable working in an indoor and outdoor all-season environment
• Pose athletes efficiently to capture a high-quality sellable image

Qualifications:

• 16 years or older
• Patient with children and parents
• Positive attitude

Pay

• $15.00 - $23.00 per hour
