Contract: Temporary, Part-time

Kaman’s Art Shoppes is hiring Artistic people for Caricatures, Face paint and Henna to work inside of Hershey Park for our in Park Party Events.

Event times are scheduled in advance. This is a part time position with limited hours needed. Great for someone looking to pick up a second job or wanting more hours to work on weekends.

We are also looking for someone to help with scheduling and invoices for events. The hours would be split between working actual events and scheduling, taking phone calls and invoicing. The event pay would be paid at $40.00 per hour all other hours would be paid at $11.50 per hour.

Face Painter:

Love kids? Love doing makeup? Love working with color? Like Glitter? Love painting designs using different line techniques and combinations? Then you would love being a Face Painter!

Henna Artists:

Have you ever wanted to learn an exotic craft and a centuries-old Body Art tradition! Our Henna Tattoo Artisans actually “draw” with Henna, an all natural paste mixture, to create fascinating Henna Tattoos. Love the art of hand drawn shapes and lines? Have a steady hand and an eye for details? Then you would love to be a Henna Artist!

Caricature Artist:

Drawing in front of large groups of people. Learning our quick sketch techniques.

As an Artisan for Kaman’s Art Shoppes you will:

• Grow your skills by learning our quick techniques!
• Work one-on-one with guests of all ages! Build important skills in Customer Service, Craftsmanship and Salesmanship!
• Impress potential customers with your ability to create intricate imagery, amazing likenesses and creative designs!
• Enhance your Sales skills by offering custom designs, add on to products or creating multi person designs or drawings!

QUALIFICATIONS:

Artistic ability is a must for these positions. We are looking for skilled people in the Caricature and body art fields.

• Must be outgoing, energetic and willing to learn exciting new skills!
• Must be dependable and available for flexible work schedules, including some evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to work mostly outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.

Pay: From $40.00 per hour
