Responsibilities:

• Design, tests and debug applications software and systems that contain logical and mathematical solutions
• Conduct research and collaborate with Equipment Designers and/or Hardware Engineers in the planning, design, development, and utilization of electronic data processing systems
• Work closely with the Engineering Leads, Software Engineers, Program Managers, and Testers to design, develop and deploy the software
• Use best industry practices in designing, developing, documenting, testing and deploying their design
• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Java development experience, Java 8 and higher
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, Engineering and/or a related field
• Experience using Angular 2.X
• Experience developing against relational databases and solid SQL querying skills
• Experience with web services development – SOAP/REST
• Experience of UI development
• Experience writing automated unit tests.
• Knowledge/experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git and AWS
• Experience working on an Agile Team
• Solid problem solving and time management skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized
