Scope of Work:

For Certifications:

• Create and maintain timelines and tables through Asana, Airtable
• Prepare and send intro event scripts
• Attend agreed upon meetings and provide updates on projects

For In-person Retreats:

• Coordinate marketing production timelines to meet marketing strategy needs through Asana and Airtable
• Support implementation of RACI model for in-person retreats
• Streamline processes and implement new workflow systems to increase efficiency and productivity
• Work with the responsible parties to set up surveys and capture the information needed to improve marketing efforts
• Attend agreed upon meetings and provide updates on projects

For Email Marketing:

• Gather and coordinate elements for handoff to the Email Marketing Team—and/or confirm timely delivery
• Assess volume of deliverables and associated timelines to manage expectations throughout the organization, adjusting schedules based on aligned priorities to both ensure timely completion and manage load balance among engaged team members?

Other services reasonably expected in line with project management

Experience and Skills Desired:

• 3+ years Project Management experience
• 6 months or more experience with Asana, Airtable, RACI (preferred), Google suite, Slack
