Contract: Part Time

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Working with existing packaging master library ensuring artworks are most current up to date versions and any amendments are made working with QC team
• Adding unique identifier codes as well as QR codes to pieces of packaging including boxes, labels, CDUs & more.
• Exporting Print ready artworks and splitting into individually named and filed print ready PDFs
• Working through artwork master library for each brand to ensure all is up to date with QR codes added
• Being thorough and able to QC & check own work

Personal Requirements:

• Experienced using Adobe Suite software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Able to adapt your style of work to suit the needs of the brand
• Passionate about art working and design
• Able to work independently and proactively or by following a brief
• Attention to detail and high level of quality control
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
• Great communication skills in order to understand and meet stakeholder and client needs for print specifications.
• Have a good understanding of print processes and creation of print ready artworks and packaging
• Strong understanding of special finishing for print including working with different printing substrates, laminates, unique finishes.
• Ability to work on multiple projects at a time.
• Ability to display skill of composition and layout.
• Disciplined in working with rigid filing and document foldering system

Qualifications and Experience:

• Must also have a minimum of 1 year previous experience in a similar position
• Must have strong experience using Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Must have experience working with repro & print processes and including working with packaging to print.

Salary:

£10.50 per hour
