Summary

• Responsible for organizing various tasks and activities within the company
• Ensure efficient workflows and timely completion of projects

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events
• Manage and maintain calendars and schedules for the team
• Create and distribute agendas, meeting minutes, and other related documents
• Arrange travel accommodations and itineraries for employees
• Prepare and submit expense reports
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for materials and services
• Maintain records and database systems
• Communicate and liaise effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Handle any administrative tasks assigned by the management

Requirements

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
