Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior PHP Developer with at least two years of experience to join our development team. As a Junior PHP Developer, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining web applications using PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Responsibilities:

• Web Development:
• Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and maintain web applications using PHP (Core PHP, from scratch).
• Write clean, efficient, and secure code, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Implement front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness.
• Database Management:
• Develop and optimize MySQL database queries to support the application’s functionality.
• Maintain and update the database schema, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
• Troubleshooting and Bug Fixing:
• Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs in existing applications.
• Conduct thorough testing of developed features to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborative Development:
• Work closely with the team to contribute ideas and suggestions for improving the overall development process and product quality.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Research and Learning:
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in web development.
• Continuously enhance your skills and knowledge to contribute effectively to projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of two years of hands-on experience in PHP web development.
• Strong understanding of PHP programming language (Core PHP, from scratch).
• Proficiency in front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience with MySQL database management and optimization.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Knowledge of web security best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
