Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative and captivating social media strategies that align with overall marketing goals.
• Manage all social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter, tailoring content to suit each platform.
• Oversee, plan, and create compelling multimedia content across various platforms, either personally or by effectively outsourcing tasks.
• Utilize analytics platforms to monitor and analyze social media performance, regularly reporting findings to the broader team.
• Collaborate with the marketing and music teams to generate fresh marketing concepts and ensure brand consistency.
• Assist in developing and implementing paid social advertising strategies, working in conjunction with a media agency.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging social media platforms.
• Establish vital relationships with influencers across different social media platforms.

Person Specification

• Demonstrated expertise in social media management, specifically within the music or creative industries
• Excellent understanding of various social media platforms, tools, and current trends.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and experience in executing music campaigns.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, a valuable asset for creating engaging content.
• A genuine passion for underground dance music and a deep understanding of the Beastwang, Doppler and Wang Records music ethos.
• Strong team player with exceptional communication skills.
