Contract: Part-time, Temp-to-hire

Requirements:

• Create visually engaging designs for both print and digital media, including brochures, logos, banners, social media graphics, websites, and other marketing materials
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop concepts and design solutions that align with the brand guidelines and overall marketing objectives
• Ensure all designs are visually appealing, consistent, and on-brand
• Conduct research and stay updated with design trends, industry standards, and emerging technologies
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines
• Incorporate feedback and revise designs based on stakeholder input
• Liaise with external vendors, such as printers or photographers, to ensure high-quality output
• Maintain a digital asset library and organize files for easy access and retrieval
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• 1-5 years of working experience as a graphic designer
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or a similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skills
• Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools
• Understanding of digital design principles, including responsive design and user experience (UX)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
• 2-3 days in office for 16-24 hours a week
• Salary: $20.00- 35.00 an hour
