RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Assist in creating a social media strategy for all platforms including but not limited to - Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Tik Tok, etc.
• Create unique designs for feed, stories, reels, and IGTV etc.
• Stay up to date with current social trends to ensure creation of cohesive content of the practice
• Design graphics to post on social media platforms
• Monitor social media DM’s and communications
• Plan, create, and coordinate video shoots and behind the scenes sequences for social & website uses
• Analyze all social media analytics and SEO tools to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of platforms
• Cater to the Shaped client base by engaging the community with desirable content that caters to the interests of our target audience
• Write relevant content by utilizing the proper voice of the brand and adhering to Shaped respective style guide
• Use various digital publishing platforms to create structured drafts and for organized scheduling capabilities
• Target content to specific audiences and focus on trending topics and relevant materials
• Create/follow a weekly/monthly content calendar and execute all aspects of such content for publication
• Post regularly to Social Media using different platform including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok YouTube and other platforms
• Monitor inquiries through social media including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and other platforms
• Monitor Social Media traffic and follow up
• Review weekly analytics to help develop strategies for effective use of Social Media
• High level of professionalism
• Excellent team player
• Skin care and Beauty service experience - plus

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have photography skills & experience with camera equipment
• Relevant field experience in guiding behavior of an online social platform
• A full understanding of all social media analytics and best practices in applying them to Shaped social media platforms
• Working and efficient knowledge of photography basics, editing software, and relevant applications used in conjunction with content creation
• Must have experience in graphic design, motion graphics and video editing
• Have creative direction to execute trendy reels and tiktoks
• Strong ability to continuously keep platforms up to date in the latest social trends
• Degree in relevant field and/or comparable experience
• Proven marketing experience with excellent contact handling skills
• Prior experience in social media marketing platforms is a must
• Ability to remain professional and courteous with team members and clients at all times
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Must be available to work occasional nights, holidays and weekends
