Job Description:
Smashed Studio is currently seeking talented production potters! Come be a part of our exciting journey in crafting unique and high-quality ceramic pieces! We are looking for an independent contractor, this is not an hourly position.
You must submit a portfolio/link to your work to be considered.
Requirements:
- High proficiency in pottery throwing techniques - the ability to create a diverse range of pottery pieces with precision and consistency.
- Strong attention to detail and an understanding of quality standards in pottery production.
- Passion for pottery craftsmanship and dedication to producing high-quality pieces.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying production demands and a willingness to contribute ideas for process improvement.
Work Location:
You may work at our studio during production hours or offsite if you have access to a pottery wheel. If you work offsite, you will need to pick up clay and drop off cleaned greenware at our studio.
Compensation:
This is not an hourly position, compensation is on a per piece basis depending on the size/complexity of the piece.
Pay:
$200.00 - $520.00 per week
