Job Description: Kubernetes Engineer (GKE Specialist)

Seeking a skilled Kubernetes Engineer with expertise in Kubernetes internals, support tools, deployment, scripting, internals, and observability. This role involves GKE & CCE architecture, CI/CD pipelines, GKE security, and cloud infrastructure. Strong development, automation, and scripting skills are desired. Join us to design and build GKE clusters, enhance automation workflows, and optimize application performance.

Requirements:

• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes support tools (security, service mesh, Ingress, etc.).
• Proficiency in Kubernetes deployment (Terraform, Helm, CI/CD pipelines, etc.).
• Scripting expertise in Bash and Python.
• Understanding of Kubernetes internals and observability.
• EKS, GKE & CCE architecture, CI/CD, and GKE security experience.
• Supported in one or more cloud platform (EKS, GKE, AKE).

Desired Skills:

• Development skills, Agile & DevOps concepts.
• Application migration and deployments, IaC.
• Experience with Ansible or Terraform.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build clusters, contribute to architecture enhancements.
• Develop automation tooling and CI/CD integration.
• Collaborate with developers for an optimal developer experience.
• Migrate applications and create technical documentation.

Education/Certifications:

B.S. or higher in Computer Science or related field.

Pay:

From $98,750.67 per year
