Job Description:

Seeking energetic and charismatic Music Performers of all types of instruments to join our team that brings music enrichment to kids in the surrounding Arlington Heights area. The kids absolutely love our program and the work is super fun and upbeat!

Mr. Music Man Company teaches music and dance to children ages 2-5 yrs old in a fun & upbeat class setting! We help children get a head start in music education and appreciation through fun dance, exploring instruments, lessons and games centered around learning the basics of music notes and even music theory! Charisma, Humor, and Performance Skills are important for success.

We provide:

• Excellent Training in performing, dance, music instruction, and delivery.
• Fun work environment with young and excited kids.
• Work morning hours teaching music Monday - Friday.
• Electronic payment every Friday!
• Flexible schedule accommodates for gigs, private lessons, classes, etc.

To Perform the job Effectively, Teachers Must:

• Have reliable transportation.
• Possess punctual time management.
• Use the provided equipment.
• Follow our class model and structure.
• Enjoy working with young and energetic kids.
• Enjoy dancing and entertaining.
• Simplify music note and theory lessons.
• Possess or have access to their own specified instruments.
• Manage a group class setting.
• Be proficient in Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
• Bring positive energy and charisma to the class setting.
