Social Media Manager and Content Creator

We are seeking an experienced, outgoing individual with creative talent mind and strong organizational skills for our part time, contract Social Media manager and content creator position. The ideal candidate has a passion for all things social media and is knowledgeable about all digital platforms and creative writing ability for social media posts. We are passionate about making our clients look and feel-good inside and out. At Refine Anti-Aging Medicine and Aesthetics we offer Aesthetic and Wellness services that include Bioidentical hormone replacement, IV drips, Botox, Fillers, Microneedling, PRP injections for skin and hair.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Assist in creating a social media strategy for all platforms
• Create unique designs for feed, stories, reels.
• Stay up to date with current social trends to ensure creation of cohesive content of the practice
• Design graphics to post on social media platforms
• Plan, create, and coordinate video shoots and behind the scenes sequences for social & website uses.
• Analyze all social media analytics and SEO tools to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of platforms.
• Cater to the Refine Anti Aging client base by engaging the community with desirable content that caters to the interests of our target audience.
• Write relevant content by utilizing the proper voice of the brand and adhering to Refine’s branding style
• Use various digital publishing platforms to create structured drafts and for organized scheduling capabilities.
• Target content to specific audiences and focus on trending topics and relevant materials.
• Create/follow a weekly/monthly content calendar and execute all aspects of such content for publication.
• Post regularly to Social Media using different platform. including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms.
• Monitor inquiries through social media including Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Monitor Social Media traffic and follow up.
• Review analytics to help develop strategies for effective use of Social Media.
• High level of professionalism
• Excellent team player
• Aesthetics experience preferred

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have photography skills & experience with camera equipment.
• A full understanding of all social media analytics and best practices in applying them to social media platforms.
• Working and efficient knowledge of photography basics, editing software, and relevant applications used in conjunction with content creation.
• Must have experience in graphic design, motion graphics and video editing.
• Have creative direction to execute trendy reels and tiktoks.
• Strong ability to continuously keep platforms up to date in the latest social trends.
• Degree in relevant field and/or comparable experience.
• Proven marketing experience with excellent contact handling skills.
• Prior experience in social media marketing plat forms is a must.
• Ability to remain professional and courteous with team members and clients at all times.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
