About the Role:

We’re on the hunt for an experienced Social Media Manager who isn’t afraid to get stuck in at the deep end and apply their skills to some major international brands. The ideal person will be highly motivated and organized, with proven experience of social media management - everything from content planning and community management, through to paid for advertising and reporting.

The role itself will be quite varied, but that’s part of its appeal. You’ll work on some of our key clients, taking briefs, getting involved in the creative and production process from start to finish, and reporting on the effectiveness of campaigns.

Job Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, being the first point of contact for the client
• Full social media management including; delivering excellent strategy, writing and developing monthly content plans, working closely with our design team to brief in social creative, community management and paid for promotions in order to beat KPIs
• Becoming an integral part of the agency, bringing ideas and super organization skills to the table
• Presenting and justifying ideas, plans and results both internally and externally to clients

The Right Candidate:

• Highly proficient in social media management. Ideally at least two years’ experience in either an agency or marketing environment
• Experienced in using Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager & Creator Studio and TikTok to set up and deliver paid-for social media adverts and campaigns
• Strong copywriting and communication skills
• Will have a creative flair and enjoy getting involved in the creative part of the process
• Able to multi-task and meet simultaneous tight deadlines while handling multiple clients with changing priorities, either independently or as part of a team
• Have a strong focus on maximising profitability and delivering on time, on budget for our clients
• Must be enthusiastic, pro-active and have a can-do attitude
• Be a dog lover, we have quite a few that roam our offices and they’re all very cute!
