We are professional, creative and fast-paced. We are a small and young team specialising in all things green who are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager and Marketing Assistant. We are looking for someone who is passionate about making our cities and interior spaces greener, who can drive sales through social media and other channels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Manage all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.)
- Create and curate engaging content for social media posts
- Create engaging reels and short-form videos
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms
- Analyze social media data and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other team members to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing
- Conduct research on industry-related topics to enhance content creation
- Write blog posts
- Create and curate email campaigns
- Proofread and edit content for accuracy and consistency
- Any ad-hoc tasks
- Help with website SEO, adding and editing listings
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.)
- Proficient in digital marketing strategies and techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread content effectively
Bonus skills:
- Experience with using Hootsuite
- Experience with using Wix e-commerce platform
- Photography and video editing skills
