Purpose of Position
This is a part-time, temporary, non-benefitted position.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Work with project team to develop web hosted resources and promote connectivity through visual and written content development.
- Assist in programming and publishing connectivity and project content as needed.
- Digital content will include web site development and module programming.
- In addition to programming content, the Tech. Assistant will proofread all content to adhere to in-house style guide and brand voice.
- Optimize content for keywords that perform in top search results for web content.
- Create and submit regular reports indicating progress on content programmed/ created.
Required Competencies
- Knowledge of American Indian cultural understandings.
- Experience with MS Office, Wix, and other website platforms is a must.
- Ability to represent the grant team and project in a professional manner.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to carry out instructions furnished in verbal or written format.
- Must be able to work with persons of various social, cultural, economic and educational backgrounds.
Minimum Requirements
- Doctorate degree required in Instructional Design, Technology, Education, or related field.
- Successful completion of a Standard Criminal History Background Check

Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience with Adobe Captivate or Articulate for the creation of Web Based content.
- Preference given to candidates with previous experience working with a Native American focused organization, and/or a not-for-profit organization.
