INNOCEAN USA, a full-service ad agency located in sunny Huntington Beach, CA, is seeking a Content Producer to join our growing KIA team! Hybrid role, x2 days week onsite. Must reside in Southern California.

OVERVIEW:

Responsible for content production activities; dealing with inside and outside production co.’s, participates in bid submission, pre-production, shooting, recording and editing.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plans the production process and has established working relationships with production partners.
• Manages all aspects of pre-production, production, and postproduction. This is inclusive of large-scale TVC campaigns to low-budget social content.
• Ensures final product is delivered within time and budget.
• Must understand and follow MRA bidding guidelines.
• Maintains communication with necessary creative and account service people to facilitate workflow.
• Regular travel to post-production vendors
• Attends/oversees audio sessions for all content, TV and radio at offsite production facilities.
• Maintains accurate records and documents related to all productions in progress.
• Presents production budgets and schedules and addresses production related questions for internal and external clients.
• Flags and/or resolves issues related to project planning, scope increases or schedule hurdles.
• Provides input for director and vendor selection process.
• Participates in weekly department status meetings.
• Researches and shares latest trends in production. Implements and champions innovative productionmethods.
• Works collaboratively with all departments.
• All other duties as assigned.

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:

• 5+ years of related work experience
• Education: bachelor’s degree required, or relevant work experience.
• Software: Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.), Google G-Suite required
• Communication: strong written and verbal communication required
• Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, ability to manage conflict resolution.

The salary range for this role is $100,00 - $120,000. Pay is dependent upon several factors including but not limited to: experience, client, training and/or transferable skills.
