Job Overview

Our Freelance Production Design roles perfect for those who have less than 2 years floral design experience but are looking to grow their skill set and get to know the wedding and floral industry. Perfect for young people in school, moms who want to get back into the work force with flexibility, or those with part-time jobs who are wanting to round out their schedules during the summer. Availability

Part Time availability, through Beginning of October. 12 to 32 hours a week depending on needs of the company and employee. Shifts will start in June and go through the beginning of October. Usually Mon, Tues, Saturday. Shift need vary, so if you’re available other days thats great too.

Artisan Bloom is Utah’s premier Event Florist, we specialize in large scale floral installations for weddings and corporate events. Responsibilities

• Mid-week work are 6 to 8 hours shifts.
• 10 to 12 hours wedding/production days usually starting at 8am, mostly on your feet
• Work independently or with a team to execute pre-planned wedding decor designs and installations. Candles, Floral, Lantern displays, installations, and structures
• Responsible for making sure the designs are up to brand standard. Fix issues with tape, bloom placement, candle configuration as needed.
• Dependability is paramount, missing a shift without communication is grounds for termination.
• mid-week shop shifts include processing flowers, pulling inventory, cleaning glass for weddings and logistics help.

Qualifications

• Must have a desire to work in the floral and wedding industries
• Must have a high school diploma
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid drivers license, Van/Box Truck experience appreciated!
• Must excel at taking direction and working under limited supervision
• Must have embody graceful HUSTLE.
• Must have a professional appearance and demeanor. (We love your hair, your tattoos, and your style, so long as you keep it chic and professional.)
