As a Mid-Level Graphic Designer at NuAxis Innovations, you will play a pivotal role in crafting, captivating visual content that resonates with our target audience and enhances our brand presence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate concepts into compelling designs that convey our brand’s essence. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, as well as expertise in at least one of the following tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign, is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand design requirements and project objectives.
  • Create visually engaging designs for various platforms, including digital and print media, ensuring consistency with the brand’s visual guidelines.
  • Develop graphics for marketing materials, social media content, presentations, advertisements, and other promotional materials.
  • Conceptualize and execute design solutions that effectively communicate complex ideas in a visually appealing manner.
  • Adapt and iterate existing designs to suit different formats and requirements.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance the quality of design work.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to support overall marketing and branding strategies.
  • Collaborate with other designers, copywriters, and marketers to ensure cohesive and integrated design and messaging.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including both digital and print materials.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Experience working on branding, marketing, and advertising projects.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with animation and motion graphics.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Experience with video editing tools is a bonus.
