Contract: Temporary, Part-time, Contract

Our ideal Musical Director candidate is immensely flexible and prepared for a dynamic, collaborative environment. These qualities are especially important as our director will be working closely with student actors, crew, and designers throughout the creative process. We are looking for a Musical Director with a clear vision, who is passionate about ensemble work, and is ready and willing to work with actors with a variety of skill levels.

We expect directors to perform their duties, including running auditions, making casting decisions, leading rehearsals, and attending production meetings.

Rehearsal Schedule:

• About 3 months
• Auditions: Nov. 27th - Dec. 1st
• Rehearsals start the week of Jan. 8th

Performance Dates:

March 29th, 30th, and 31st, 2024

Rate:

$3000 - $4500 (negotiable and subject to Mines administrative approval and contract conditions)

Insurance:

A certificate of insurance (COI) is required. We will reimburse you if you need to purchase one.
