Job Description:

Steer and manage the company Recruitment Marketing Campaigns for Future Talent and any external recruitment campaigns.

Manage, Steer and co-ordinate marketing agencies and internal stakeholders across the company on employer attractiveness in the UK marketplace.

Drive innovative concepts to improve candidate and hiring manager experience in line with the company and Group guidelines.

Manage and execute all activities associated with Marketing for the UK recruitment function in relation to the company.

Drive innovation from external knowledge to drive a market presence that is forward thinking and strategic.

Review and verify effectiveness of recruitment marketing strategies for the company using data analytics to help steer future improvements.

Promote and influence Employer Brand/presence in marketplace in UK in relation to the company.

Manage Employer Brand expectations and CI requirements with our Creative Marketing Agencies.

Manage recruitment marketing budget for the company by tracking spend and providing a forecast of planned activities.

Liaise and gain support of relevant brand circles on the delivery of the company’s Employer Brand, EVP’s, imagery and social media content.

Roll out pre-agreed Recruitment Marketing Campaigns - To Launch and steer campaigns with pre agreed Media and Artwork provided.

To create content and send out monthly newsletters as part of an email nurturing campaign for prospective candidates.

Maximise opportunities with third party suppliers such as Bright Network, GradCracker, Sanctuary Grads with panel sessions, newsletter content and careers fairs.

Skills/Quals:

  • A relevant Marketing Qualification (equivalent to degree level is preferred).
  • Marketing Experience, ideally within an in house recruitment function (preferred not essential)
  • Exceptional Presentation and communication skills with a proactive nature to be creative and the courage to propose change to relevant stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail while representing the company brand.
  • Any events management experience would be advantageous (such as careers events).
