Job Description:

The primary purpose of the position is to design flowers for weddings and larger social events. The ideal candidate is a skillful (wedding/ event) floral designer, a reliable team player/ self-starter who can work independently, replicating sample designs provided by the lead designer. This position requires some traveling, therefore a car and a good driving record is a must. We are looking for someone who can be flexible with their days off and manage the required schedule.

Qualifications:

• Floral design experience is required, but for an entry-level position, we are willing to teach from scratch;
• A minimum of two years floral design experience preferred;
• Some experience with software such as Microsoft Word and Excel is a plus;
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus;
• Basic knowledge of flowers/ plants is desired but not required;

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
