Scope of Work:

• Work with the public affairs and marketing team to assist in the creation of digital and traditional marketing collateral using brand guidelines
• Work directly with print vendor on assigned projects for print estimates, press check, and distribution of print collateral
• Work with stakeholders to complete their graphic design marketing requests through DH email while communicating and updating the marketing team on assignments through Trello workflow.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Bachelor’s in Graphic Design, Photography, Advertising, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience: Typically two years’ experience plus, in graphic design and photography.
• Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), and Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). Video editing knowledge a plus.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Service-oriented working style, excellent organizational abilities, and strong interpersonal skills.

Additional Requirements:

• Candidate must be located within the Denver metro area for some in-person work; however, some work from home flexibility is allowed.
• Has a strong design portfolio for review.
• Pre-press experience with strong grasp of photo, font, and color selection along with page composition.
• Detail oriented with solid copyediting knowledge (AP Style).
• Familiarity with PC and MAC computers, desktop printers, cameras, large format printers, commercial cutters, folders, paper drills, laminators, copiers, fax machines, and other graphic design elements.
• Experience in print production process and knowledge of production techniques.
• Deadline driven and able to juggle multiple projects while staying extremely organized.
• Spanish-language reading/writing skills a plus but not required.

Pay:

$40.00 - $42.00 per hour
