Contract: 6 months Fixed Term, Part Time

Responsibilities:

• Design and create visually appealing websites that are user-friendly and responsive
• Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and objectives
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to present design concepts
• Create and optimize graphics, images, and other visual elements for web use
• Implement web design best practices, including accessibility and SEO optimization
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in web design techniques
• Test and troubleshoot websites for cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a web designer or similar role
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web design languages
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
