The Role:

• Maintain the integrity of the brand and create sales assets.
• Lead the digital online marketing strategy.
• Conduct a ‘deep dive’ into competitor analysis.
• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns.
• Oversee the organisation & social media strategy.
• Manage and maintain the organisation & website(s).
• Write and optimise content for the website and social networking accounts.
• Track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.
• Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time, and improving conversion.
• Continually work on the Search Engine Optimisation of the website(s).

The Candidate:

• At least two years of current experience in digital online marketing.
• Degree educated and/or work experience in digital online marketing.
• Proven skills in SEO, PPC, CRO, website analytics, and copywriting.
• Experience in ecommerce, SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and social media.
• Ability to articulate how they improve page ranking for a specific term and tracked relevant KPI’s to demonstrate the value of their work.
• Passion for developing strategies, implementing ideas, and iterating on them.
• Willingness to be a core part of the leadership team.
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.

Salary:

£9.00-£20.00 per hour

Bachelor’s (preferred)
