Requirements:
- Significant high-level experience as a UX designer, with a compelling portfolio that demonstrates innovative design solutions, complex problem-solving, and a strong user-centric approach.
- Expertise in design software (such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD) and prototyping tools (like InVision, Balsamiq, Marvel).
- Experience with diverse user research methodologies, in-depth usability testing, and interpretation of complex analytics data.
- Proven ability to engage effectively with stakeholders, demonstrated through successful negotiation and alignment on key design decisions.
- Collaborate effectively with UI designers, developers, and stakeholders across the organization, ensuring seamless integration of UX design into product solutions and maintaining the highest standards of user experience.
