Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including written posts, images, videos, and graphics
• Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and customer feedback
• Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
• Analyze social media data and generate reports on performance metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing

Skills:

• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to create visually appealing content using video editing, photography, and graphic design tools
• Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
• Strong research skills to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
• Knowledge of web analytics tools to track social media performance
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and strategies for driving online sales
