Hunter Tutoring is a tuition firm located in Hay Hall Business Park, Tyseley, Birmingham, which provides premium tuition classes at an affordable price. We aim to deliver high-quality tutoring to small classes of 4 students in 2-hour lessons, built upon local communities surrounding us.

Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for day-to-day management of social media channels, creating and executing social media campaigns, developing content strategies, optimizing social media profiles and pages, and writing engaging and compelling social media posts.

Qualifications

• Social Media Marketing and Optimization (SMO) skills
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Experience in developing content strategies for social media channels
• Experience in managing social media profiles and pages for brands or businesses
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst being organised
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Experience with social media analytics and reporting
• Experience with graphic design and/or video editing is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus

• Someone who understands trends of social media and is able to quickly adapt content to maximize growth
• Able to create professional short form content and is able to re-purpose videos to different social media platforms
• Can work with a team but looks to take initiative, showcasing their expertise of content creation. We want to see them not only bring Hunter Tutorings vision into reality but in their own creative way
• Someone who can come into the office and have no trouble commuting to Tyseley, Birmingham
• Understand we are a small business and can offer part-time hours only, 16-20 hours per week
