Job Description

We are looking for a social media manager to work with our internal team to develop and implement social media strategies for Wildfire Nature and our clients. We would love this person to take ownership in this role and be a guiding voice for the rest of the creative team on content creation for social platforms.‍ Strong ability to track metrics and provide reports on social media performance. Able to work collaboratively with internal team to lead content creation discussions.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Ability to meet deadlines and take constructive criticism
• Collaborate with internal team on story and creative direction
• Ability to think creatively and critically keeping in mind main objectives of each brand
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple project deadlines
• Strong organizational skills and folder structure
• Strong understanding of target market and finding trends that work within each brand

Minimum Job Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience with social media management and marketing
• Experience using Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or another social media management tool
• Experience with evaluating metrics and running targeted ads
• Experience with community management and engagement (replying to comments, liking posts)

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $55.00 per hour
