Responsibilities

• Designing incredibly polished work that represents the customer brand and product experience through visual comps, wireframes, flows and prototypes.
• Working closely and collaboratively with a cross-functional team of product & program managers, engineers, researchers, marketing, operations, and fellow designers.
• Inspiring new ways of thinking and exploring the unknown using fresh approaches to design problems while applying your knowledge of standard methodologies and user-centered design principles to build simple, beautiful, and seamless workflows.
• Helping develop design solutions using participatory and iterative techniques including user interviews, observation, usability testing, validation, and design thinking brainstorms and workshops.
• Rapidly iterating and refining design concepts — from initial briefing through final delivery.
• Contributing to a new, scalable vocabulary of components and paradigms for Customer’s internal capabilities — tied to the customer design system.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience delivering end-to-end digital product design solutions, with proven experience in visual design and UX.
• Strong understanding of product thinking, interaction design and execution and a hands-on, creative systems thinker with strong UX/UI/IA design expertise.
• Demonstrated user-centric design approach and insights-based design process, with strong cross-functional collaboration (e.g., with product managers, engineers, writers, researchers, and marketers).
• Ability to effectively communicate design intentions and establish the gravity around ideas.
• Experience designing technology solutions that power consumer touchpoints at scale, such as content management systems, experimentation tools, globalization solutions, and asset management platforms.
• Ability to deliver high-quality, end-to-end detailed design solutions that uphold Customer’s quality standards.
• Ability to produce a holistic journey across touchpoints and platforms, with consistent design patterns, thoughtful interactions, and a cohesive look and feel.
• Experience launching software at scale in a fast-paced product organization, operating with a solid design process.
• Experience working with user research and data.
• A bachelor’s degree or any combination of education, training and experience in design, UX/UI design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
• Proficient with design and prototyping tools including Figma, Adobe CC, and Keynote.
