Job Description

As a Product Designer at Zetta Global, you will be responsible for crafting user experiences that are intuitive, impactful, and aligned with business goals. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver elegant, user-centered designs across web and mobile platforms. This role requires a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, and technical understanding — along with the ability to leverage AI-powered design tools to streamline workflows, enhance creativity, and accelerate design delivery.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

User Experience & Product Design

• Lead and participate in the design process from concept to execution — including research, wireframing, prototyping, and testing.
• Translate complex product requirements into clear, usable, and visually compelling design solutions.
• Conduct and analyze user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Develop user flows, information architecture, and interaction patterns that ensure seamless experiences across devices.
• Build interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and other modern tools.

Design Systems & Collaboration

• Contribute to and maintain the design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and accessibility across all products.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect and feasible implementation.
• Work with product managers to align design outcomes with product strategy, user needs, and KPIs.
• Participate in design reviews, share feedback, and support continuous improvement of design quality across teams.

AI-Driven Design & Innovation

• Utilize AI tools such as Figma AI, UXPilot, Galileo AI, Midjourney, or ChatGPT to enhance ideation, content generation, and visual exploration.
• Integrate AI-driven insights and analytics to improve personalization and usability.
• Prototype and experiment with AI-assisted user experiences, such as smart dashboards or predictive UI behaviors.
• Stay current with emerging design and AI trends to introduce innovative practices into the design workflow.

Continuous Improvement

• Use analytics, A/B testing, and user feedback to iterate and refine designs.
• Maintain design documentation, component libraries, and interaction guidelines.
• Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design principles across all platforms.
• Support the evolution of the design process to be more data-informed and AI-enabled.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3+ years of experience in product, UX, or UI design for web and mobile platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a user-centered design process and results-driven thinking.
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience with dashboard design, data visualization, and system-based design approaches.
• Practical experience using AI-powered tools in the design process.
• Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability best practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in Agile teams.
