Paid Media Manager

The Role

H&C is looking for a social media manager who can help drive the success of its fashion brand. As a social media manager, your primary responsibility would be to manage and grow the brand’s social media accounts to increase engagement, followers, and ultimately, profitability.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with our brand’s goals and values.
  • Lead a team of social media specialists and content creators, providing guidance, mentorship, and direction.
  • Oversee all social media platforms, content scheduling, and community engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and customer support, to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging platforms, integrating innovative strategies into our approach.
  • Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversions.
  • Craft and present reports on the success of campaigns and ongoing strategies to senior leadership.
  • Scheduling and publishing social content as required.
  • Plan, execute and report on paid social campaigns using Meta suite.
  • Analyse, report, and improve the performance of campaigns.
  • Analysis of competitor campaigns.
  • Operate as a key member of the wider marketing team, contributing ideas to the development of the team’s objectives.

About you:

  • Imaginative, creative, and Social Media obsessed. You’re up to date with all the latest trends and Social Media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and Snapchat).
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in consumer Social Media role with paid social experience.
  • Experience of Social Media scheduling is required.
  • A natural communicator. You’re quick to build relationships and establish rapport with influencers, managers, and agencies at all levels.
  • Experience using Meta paid social suite.
  • Excellent copywriting skills for content and scripts.
  • Strong presentation skills, plus proficiency in Excel and Google Analytics.
  • Organised, flexible, and adaptable. You’re a fast learner with great attention to detail and ready to hit the ground running.

Job Types: Internship, Temp to perm, Part-time, Apprenticeship

Part-time hours: 16-24 per week

Salary: From ÂŁ130.00 per day
