Oxona Healthcare is a new type of private healthcare. Our services bridge the gap between traditional GPs and consultant-led care. We bring expertise with fair, transparent pricing and are committed to delivering exceptional care. Our experienced doctors in Dermatology and Women’s Health operate multiple clinics in Oxfordshire and Hertfordshire with our expert back-office team working from head office in Oxford. We have a rapid growth strategy in place and are looking for exceptional people to help us achieve our company goals.
The role
Strategy Development
- Using a funnel methodology to build a social media customer journey
- Design monthly content plans with a clear strategy behind each post
- Develop quarterly & annual social media strategies with clear targets and goals
- Product detailed monthly performance reports to the founders
Communication
- Understanding our business, competitors, and the private healthcare industry
- Understanding our target audience and how to reach them
- Utilising our Brand Bible to be our company spokesperson ensuring to use our brand guidelines and tone of voice
Content Creation & Paid Ads
- Plan and create posts for Instagram and Facebook
- Review our current paid ads and analyse the data
- Plan and budget for future paid ads (Google ads, Instagram boosted posts, Facebook boosted post etc.)
- Putting together a process for collecting content from our clinicians on a quarterly basis (this can be done in f2f meetings, Q&A sheets, teams calls etc.)
About you
We’re looking for someone who aligns with our values and is driven to ensure the best outcomes for our customers. We need a self-starter who understands the industry, is solution driven and has an excellent eye for detail. We’re looking for someone with experience supporting small businesses in successful social media campaigns, and someone who is confident producing social media strategies and advising the founders on decisions. This role is remote, but someone who is a commutable distance to Oxford or St Albans is a bonus for occasional in-office days or meetings.
Essential:
- 5 years + social media marketing experience
- Content creation & design skills
- Videography & photography skills
- Experienced in Canva
- Proficient in Microsoft
- A willingness to learn about this market sector
- Previous experience working with a small business
Desirable:
- Experience in private healthcare, dental or allied health professionals’ industries
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Previous experience at a marketing or design agency
- Demonstratable experience of small business growth on social media
