Job Description:

Strategies for Change Group is currently looking for an experienced graphic designer. At Strategies for Change Group, we see graphic design as visual storytelling that engages, informs, and inspires. We’re looking for a talented graphic designer who can take concepts and ideas and create visual representations, in both print and electronic media. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software and be skilled in every step of the design process, from concept to final deliverable. Collaborating with multiple teams across the company, the graphic designer should be able to take written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that connects. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing, and be able to find the right style and layout for every project.

Expectations:

  • Mastery of industry-standard software to create logos, design reports and complete other projects.
  • The ability to clearly communicate the reasoning behind design choices.
  • A compelling portfolio with projects showcasing skills that are relevant to your business’s visual content goals.

Strategies for Change Group was founded in 2013. It is a full-service political consultancy & direct marketing firm, serving clients nationally. SFCG has focused its work on progressive candidates and organizations that align with its core values. As a minority-owned and operated firm, SFCG has engaged with over 30 campaigns, non-profit entities, and for-profit entities.

Pay:

$2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month

Education:

Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Graphic design: 1 year (Required)
  • Adobe Creative Suite: 1 year (Required)
  • Adobe Illustrator: 1 year (Required)
