Job Description:

37.5 Hours pw Full Time / Part Time This is an office-based role at our studio in Chelmsford, Essex. We’re seeking a highly conceptual, detail-focused Senior Designer to deliver engaging, strategically-driven solutions. You’ll be working at a high level, across a variety of platforms/outcomes for brands and organisations, big and small. You’ll collaborate with the wider team to create extraordinary solutions to design challenges, giving our clients the best possible service.

• You have the ability to see large-scale projects through from ideation to delivery.
• You’re proactive, hands-on, and happy to get stuck into all projects, big and small.

• Your work has depth and substance, with a preference for long-term relationships over quick turnaround projects.

• You’re keen to push boundaries and challenge the norm, whilst keeping the audience at the heart of everything you do.

• You will have a minimum 5 years of studio/agency experience.

Experience:

You’ll have at least 5 years relevant experience in:

• Brand strategy and positioning
• Building robust brand identities, with meticulous attention to detail
• Solving business problems, using creative methods
• Exploring and researching new creative outcomes
• Using a variety of programs, inc the Adobe suite & Figma
• Applying your ideas seamlessly across screen/environment/print channels
• Working with other creatives to build cohesive brand stories, touch points and campaigns
• Liaising directly with clients and suppliers
• Overseeing, steering and managing projects
• Communicating and leading by example
• A team player, willing to take on feedback and provide feedback to others
• Oversee and mentor interns and junior creatives
• Ambitious and driven
• Be upbeat. We don’t take ourselves too seriously!
