**About the Job:**Texas Laser and Aesthetics is looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our creative Marketing team. The right candidate is passionate about the beauty and skincare industry, with a strong interest in innovative design and social media trends.

• Job ResponsibilitiesCapture + design 5-6 social media posts per week utilizing templatized layouts, with an eye towards design and layout. Create multiple versions for A/B testing and segmentation.
• Work directly with Marketing Manager to provide attractive and informative campaigns while actively tracking the performance
• Monitor all social media content + engage with users
• Staying up to date with technologies + trends used in social media
• Track customer engagement to optimize campaign content
• Establishing relationships/networks of industry professionals or influencers on social media
• Design video content to be utilized for social media
• Retouch images to customize them for various placements
• Develop innovative digital assets under fast-paced timelines
• Create monthly assets for affiliate marketing
• Create assets for social media and e-commerce, as needed
• **Qualifications:**One or more years of experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role
• Experience within the beauty industry, a plus
• Experience within Esthetics/Med Spa industry, a major plus
• Proficient in business posts on social media platforms
• Understand SEO and web traffic data, a plus
• Experience researching buyer and consumer persona
• Understand social media KPIs
• Familiar with graphic design principles
• Proficient in Canva
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, a plus
• Must be able to multitask
• Critical thinker and problem-solver
• Works well with a small team
• Organized and self-motivated
• Excellent time management
• Passionate about skincare

Estimated Hourly Rate Range: $15 - $20 / hour

This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base range for this position. The actual base rate will depend on numerous factors such as experience, knowledge, and skills.
