Job Description:
The graphic designer / creative artworker role will work alongside a fantastic team of designers and marketers. Producing content, interpreting briefs and initiating new creative, ensuring deadlines are adhered to. In addition, as an integral member of the design department, you will be expected to assist the team in implementing and executing tasks as part of the overall marketing strategy. Reporting to the marketing manager, you will work with the team to create engaging content for B2B and D2C marketing channels.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the portfolio of brochures, updating artwork and designing layouts ready for print and digital
- Creating and developing sales resources, including infographics, information sheets, presentations and promotional flyers
- Designing adverts for print and digital
- Designing point-of-sale artwork for retail showrooms and kitchen displays
- Commercialisation of new products ready for launch, including packaging
- Website management, adding new products to the site, updating content, resolving technical bugs
- Receiving and interpreting both B2B and D2C design briefs
- Proofreading and annotating documents prior to sign-off
- Design and produce graphics for websites, social media platforms, and other digital channels
- Working closely with the marketing team across multiple projects
- Liaising with different departments internally and external agencies
Skills and Experience Required:
- 4-5 years proven experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role
- Degree or equivalent in Graphic Design.
- Exceptional knowledge of the Adobe Suite, preferably InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
- Good knowledge and understanding of WordPress/WooCommerce and Mailchimp software
- Excellent understanding of preparing print-ready artwork
- Experience working client-side desirable
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office suite.
- Brilliant organisational skills and excellent file management
- Creative and focussed with good attention to detail
- Ability to work within the brand guidelines
- Work efficiently under pressure and adhere to deadlines
- An interest in interior design, home interiors and keeping up with the latest trends is beneficial
- Motion graphics and Adobe After Effects experience would be desirable but not essential

Salary:
