Social Media / Marketing Manager

Job description:

• Meet weekly with store managers to understand what promotions and events are planned.
• Manage Social Media presence on all platforms. Including but not limited to (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Expected to stay on top of changes and trends in the social media/digital world. (Be the first to explore and understand if our company should implement a new media platform)
• Have an eye for design and photography, and the ability to take quality photos.
• Follow competitors and understand the latest trends and challenges with social media
• Work with brands to feature new/key products.
• Increase our followers on all social media platforms. Focus on what platforms are deemed most critical.
• Create and follow a branding guide to keep the look and feel of our company consistent across all platforms.
• Ensure that content is accurate and regularly updated.
• Provide monthly reports on social media progress.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms
• Proficient in using social media management tools
• Strong understanding of public relations and brand management
• Experience in video editing and graphic design
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills to track and measure the success of social media campaigns
