We’re seeking a highly conceptual, detail-focused Senior Designer to deliver engaging, strategically-driven solutions.

You’ll be working at a high level, across a variety of platforms/outcomes for brands and organisations, big and small.

You’ll collaborate with the wider team to create extraordinary solutions to design challenges, giving our clients the best possible service.

About you

You have the ability to see large-scale projects through from ideation to delivery.

You’re proactive, hands-on, and happy to get stuck into all projects, big and small.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, supporting the team to ensure work gets delivered on time with a consistently high level of execution.

Your work has depth and substance, with a preference for long-term relationships over quick turnaround projects.

You’re confident working at a high level, pitching ideas and sharing future-focused ideas with leaders.

Have a keen eye for design principles – you live and breathe design and you’re always looking for new and exciting things to share.

You’re keen to push boundaries and challenge the norm, whilst keeping the audience at the heart of everything you do.

Have skills in providing feedback and steering the team around you towards the best outcome.

You will have a minimum 5 years of studio/agency experience.

Experience

• Brand strategy and positioning
• Building robust brand identities, with meticulous attention to detail
• Solving business problems, using creative methods
• Exploring and researching new creative outcomes
• Using a variety of programs, inc the Adobe suite & Figma
• Applying your ideas seamlessly across screen/environment/print channels
• Working with other creatives to build cohesive brand stories, touch points, and campaigns
• Liaising directly with clients and suppliers
• Overseeing, steering, and managing projects
• Communicating and leading by example
• A team player, willing to take on feedback and provide feedback to others
• Oversee and mentor interns and junior creatives
• Ambitious and driven
• Be upbeat. We don’t take ourselves too seriously!
