Job Opportunity: Brand Community Manager!

Job Description:

• Social Media Management: Create and publish relevant content, moderate interactions and comments, and be the voice of the brand on digital platforms.
• Community Strategy: Develop strategies to increase visibility and engagement.
• Data Analysis: Evaluate campaign performance through metrics and KPI analysis.
• Communication and Customer Service: Handle crisis situations and queries professionally.
• Content Creation: Collaborate on creating and designing visual and written content consistent with the brand’s identity.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date on industry trends and propose new ideas.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Knowledge of social media management tools, data analysis tools, and basic design software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity and innovation in idea generation and strategy development.

Experience and Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in similar roles.

Personal Qualities:

We are looking for someone dynamic, creative, independent, accustomed to working with minimal supervision, proactive, organized, with communication and management skills, and experience in report writing.

Desirable Requirements:

• Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and automation using AI tools.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English.
