The Creative Composite Agency is a small niche digital marketing agency that caters for the dental industry. We provide consulting alongside digital marketing to transform dental practices and help them grow in various areas.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute captivating social campaigns that align with client’s brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Create and Curate compelling content, including eye-catching visuals, engaging videos and Witty Captions in line with the client’s tone of voice with an aim to captivate our audience and spark engaging conversations.
- Schedule and publish content across multiple social media channels, optimizing the posting times for maximum reach and engagement.
- Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments and messages and cultivate an engaged audience that reflects our client’s values and personality.
- Analyse social media performance metrics with an eye to increasing brand awareness for the company. Identify trends, insights and opportunities for continued improvement.
- Collaborate with The Creative Composite Marketing Manager and ads manager in order to deliver a marketing strategy that aligns with our company goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform/algorithm updates and industry best practices in order to stay ahead of the game.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in the hospitality, health, lifestyle or the entertainment industry.
- Have a deep understanding of various social media platforms, their unique features and best practices for audience engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- You have strong creative skills and an ability to think outside the box that’ll enable you to create unique and engaging content.
- Proficient in social media scheduling and analytics tools to measure and track performance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for the health industry and a curiosity to explore new ways to connect with our audience.
- Proven experience in creating engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Tiktok & Facebook.
- An enthusiastic team player with a resilient, and problem-solving attitude.
- Willingness to travel & get stuck in!
