Duties

We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and traffic to our company’s social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement
  • Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring comments and messages, and responding to inquiries
  • Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform social media strategies
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices

Skills

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and possess a range of skills related to social media management.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and techniques
  • Knowledge of popular social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Excellent proofreading and editing skills
  • Strong research skills to stay informed about industry trends
  • Basic photography skills for creating visually appealing content
  • Graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite or similar software
  • Experience with social media marketing tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer
  • Understanding of SEO principles to optimize content for search engines
