Duties

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement. Your duties will include:

• Creating and managing social media content calendars
• Developing and implementing social media campaigns to promote products, services, or events
• Monitoring and analyzing social media performance using analytics tools
• Engaging with followers and responding to comments and messages in a timely manner
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing (SPECIFICALLY INSTAGRAM REELS AND TIKTOK)

Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

• Proficiency in advertising and social media marketing techniques
• Strong understanding of branding and its impact on social media presence
• Knowledge of e-commerce principles and strategies for driving online sales
• Ability to conduct research to identify target audiences and create targeted content
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective public relations
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite or similar graphic design software
• Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights to optimize social media performance
• Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and emerging platforms
