This position is a hybrid role in Amarillo, TX. Some on-site work may be required in this position. If offered the role, relocation assistance will be available.
What You’ll Do
- The Software Developer will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and writes/codes new (or modifies existing) computer applications, software, or specialized utility programs in direct support of systems functional and non-functional requirements.
- This role will work along with a senior developer and architect. Database and programming language background is one of the key success factors for this role.
- To be successful as an integration developer, you should be able to integrate any updated specifications and requirements into the executable solutions under the guidance of the senior developer. An outstanding integration developer should be able to analyze existing solution and enhance/improve to achieve business objectives and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Building an integrating solutions for all related information systems as well as related 3rd parties to meet the operational needs of the environment.
- Assessing the integration solution currently in place and working with senior technical team to develop solutions that lead to future state architecture.
- Resolving technical problems as they arise.
- Providing regular support to daily business operation.
- Continually researching current and emerging technologies and proposing changes where needed.
- Informing various stakeholders about any problems with the current technical solutions being implemented.
- Assessing the business impact that certain technical choices have.
- Providing updates to stakeholders on product development processes, status and risk.

Minimum Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Systems or a related field with at least two years of relevant professional experience or five years of cyber incident response experience in an enterprise network environment
- OR Master’s degree
- Ten or more years of education and/or relevant experience may be considered to satisfy educational and years-of-experience requirements for this posting
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Provides first-level support for system process concerns
- Proven experience in working within an IT organization
